The Bible makes some pretty serious claims. The Bible contains some quite remarkable accounts. Millions of people, over thousands of years, have considered it sacred and authoritative. It has been proven reliable, relatable, and has even been used to solve ancient puzzles of human history and archaeology. It's a compelling read. Not least because, as the Bible itself says: 'The word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.'
